Still here, but haven't updated the main page itself for quite a while, even though I keep uploading pics every now, but not creating any actual new pages... I've long planned to create a new home page at a site with less ads, but I never seem to get started...

Blev medlem på H2G2 2004, och snubblade in på din sida nu i Juli 2005. Bor i Simlångsdalen, utanför Halmstad, men kommer ursprungligen från Eksjö/Nässjö. Du har en trevlig, men ganska inaktuell sida. (längesedan den uppdaterades?) Marosand är mitt anbändarnamn på H2G2 om du undrar.... Ha det gott!

Hello Titania A week ago we cycled down from Malmö to Ystad and started our way up the East Coast Cykelspåret! We have reached Västervik and are in the wonderful Lysingsbadets campsite, in a stuga. Stockholm next week perhaps! Can´t log on to h2g2 as this campsite pooter (free access!) won´t accept cookies and bbc.co won´t let me log on without them. Mon 24 May 04

Well... just thought I'd let you know that I do check the guest book from time to time, even if I do have a rather nifty (IMHO) guest map (which doesn't always work like it should)

I like this! I think I shall have to get myself a website, then I might actually get around to posting some of my photos.

It's a nice site, with foto's that bring back memories of that part of the world. When we go there or Switserland, we usually take our car along on the train, although with the same sleeping problems<cheers>

Phew! I started fiddling around with the nifty foldout menu in an attempt to make it work in ALL browsers, but ended up with a mess - good thing I had the first attempt saved on my hard drive at home!:) Added a link to an alternative menu for those who can't see it... I hope everything works like it should now! Also added a photo of my Nefertiti papyrus

Updates: fiddled around with a foldout menu - had to increase the frame width, so I hope it still works in all browsers. Enlarged the magnolia photo.

Eh... actually... Locarno is in Switzerland - didn't I mention that somewhere? Hmmm... maybe not... *off to figure out where to squeeze in that bit of info*

No Witty, I didn't - but I just had to laugh at the Japanese guy who tried to be just as tough, but kept on jumping out of the water, while his girlfriend giggled hysterically... :D And then there was the German who managed to swim in the ice-cold water, and then climbed up on the big rock where his wife was sun-bathing - and gave her a big, cold <hug> - oh, how she screamed!<laugh>

Very nice, Titania! You didn't happen to notice what color that man's swim trunks were, did you? ;-)

Thanks for visiting, everyone! :) Go for it Bee, it's great fun to create a site - and easier than I thought! Although I must admit I've had a lot of help from the GuideML I've learnt at h2g2 - to think I had no idea what HTML was when I first joined as a researcher!8-) I would have added more photos yesterday, but their server kept responding with error messages...<erm>

The guest book turns out to be in Swedish allright, but I don't think it's a big problem. It still looks great! Perhaps it's time for me to get started on a page of my own.. :-)

Cool pictures so far... The buildings in the Piazza Grande picture remind me of some of the buildings I saw in Prague...

Well, I had to test it to make sure it works, didn't I now? :-) Good thing I did too, because I discovered that I can't adjust some of the pre-set texts in Swedish... <Skriv i gästboken> means [Write in the guest book] / <Till hemsidan> takes you back to the first page of my site / <Namn (måste fyllas i)> means [Name (must be filled in)] / <Meddelande> is [Message] / <Skicka till gästboken> means [Send to guest book] / And the <Tips> section shows examples of how you should write URLs if you want them to turn up as links in your message
